I shipped a package to California on 3/31 that I am told by the buyer never
arrived.  I didn't use delivery confirmation as it was not requested by the
buyer.  I've just been informed this week that the package never arrived.

I want to do what I can from this end (although I'm afraid it isn't much) to
help this buyer out.  I have an itemized receipt from the post office from
that day showing the city, state, and zip of this package - is the post
office going to be able (or willing) to do anything to help look for this
package?
