To All,
After recieving numerous LEGO shipments from various on-line and retail
operations for the past couple of months, Walmart.com & LS@H have the two worst
packages I have seen in a long time.
Walmart.com - I ordered numerous large sets from their online sale, and I got
the boxes today. The larger box was a mess. Inside, the box was half full, and
they inserted those air packets to balance the rest. Unfortunately, they had the
sets occupy half the box, a quarter of it with these air packets, and the rest
air! The top of it was smashed in, and the air packets were pushed down into
the sets, crumpling both the Silver Champions filp up tops.The other sets had
crushed sides and the like. Simply horrible.
S@H - Ugh, I can't believe what they do sometimes. I ordered some of those
minifig collections for both myself and the store, and they put it in a large
gray baseplate box, which is not bad, but the box was smashed on one side, and
when I opened it, 4 of the 8 minifig packs boxes were smashed. Then they put
that brown paper in it, like it supposed to protect the sets or something. It's
a good thing I bought half of them for me!
Does anyone else have shipping horror stories?
