I've been waiting to vent on this :) My last 2 orders from LS@H
have arrived pre-opened! Nothing missing, it's just that Lego did a
real shoddy job of taping the box shut. About a month ago when my
Statue of Liberty arrived 1 box flap was open, and there was so much
free space in the shipping box that the inner box actually had all 4
seals broken from bouncing around. Then just 2 weeks ago I ordered an
8479 and a 5218. 1 flap on that shipping carton was open as well.
Had it been the other flap I feel certain the small 5218 would have
fallen out and been lost.

Inside, the box was half full, and they inserted those air packets to balance the rest. Unfortunately, they had the sets occupy half the box, a quarter of it with these air packets, and the rest air! The top of it was smashed in, and the air packets were pushed down into the sets, crumpling both the Silver Champions filp up tops. The other sets had crushed sides and the like. Simply horrible.

I ordered some of those minifig collections for both myself and the store, and they put it in a large gray baseplate box, which is not bad, but the box was smashed on one side, and when I opened it, 4 of the 8 minifig packs boxes were smashed. Then they put that brown paper in it, like it supposed to protect the sets or something. It's a good thing I bought half of them for me!
