   I think I am going to have to institute some factoring changes beyond the rebalancing I alluded to earlier. PayPal is very convenient. If I needed to send someone in Europe $75.00 and I could pay you $78.75 via PayPal to make that happen, then in the absense of direct P2P (...)      (...) Charging a simple fee is tempting but based on my analysis not practical. I still have to allocate the fee among myself and the factoree(s) involved and in some cases the exchange rate haircut that one factoree or the other takes exceeds the (...) When you yourself have a merchant account and accept credit cards, it is againsts the terms of the agreement to pass the cost of the transaction on to the customer.
