Hmm...have you considered charging an overhead-covering fee of, say, the lower
of 5% or $5.00? If I needed to send someone in Europe $75.00 and I could pay
you $78.75 via PayPal to make that happen, then in the absense of direct
P2P international transfers via PayPal, I would be more than happy to pay you
$3.75 in factoring fees as it would mean that I wouldn't have to go to the
bank or the post office or even worry much about currency conversion.
