(...) The agreement with the credit card company is PayPal's, you never signed an agreement with Visa or any other credit card company. However, you did agree to PayPal's conditions. (...) I think what Mike meant is that if you're paying by Paypal, it has to be by eCheck or balance transfer, not CC. I just went to sign up for Paypal, and stopped. I don't think that you are legally required (in a mutually voluntary transaction) to accept or not accept any particular form.(1) I certainly can, and will, refuse to accept payment in (...)
