Well, I haven't heard back from everyone yet, but I have found out what the
hold up was. Basically a case of real life interfering and unlucky timing.
It got about halfway across Canada before it got stuck. One of the people on
the list was in the middle of business trips when it arrived, and it sat for a
while unprocessed. It is moving again, as of a few days ago, and by way of
apology it got couriered to the next Canadian on the list. Unfortunately, my
memory is spotty, but I *believe* it only has two more people to go.
