Really? I've never had a problem with using inside-out PM boxes. And I
typically ship packages with the same clerk I get the boxes from.
By preference, I'll use something other than inverted Priority boxes, but
if nothing else is on hand, and I've got packages to ship, I'll do it. As
partial justification, if it's a new box, I'll be sure not to mess up the
self-sealing areas, so the receipient will be able to use the box for the
intended purpose.
Maybe it's Postmaster-dependent.
