Re: GB#3 - Question about splitting or content - Do you need WHEELS? —Tom Stangl
Yep, and I kept my promise - I didn't add a single wheel/axle to the box ;-) Of course, I didn't TAKE any either - none I needed. (...) | Please do not associate my personal views with my employer (24 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Re: GB#3 - Question about splitting or content - Do you need WHEELS? —Tamyra Teed
It had a few when it first started, though it wasn't many.. I don't think more than any of the other boxes when they started, I believe Larry did a great job splitting them up between the boxes! I know I took a few wheels out of a couple of boxes (...) (24 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Nope, no wooden wheels (I _might_ put a few spoked cart wheels in in exchange for some of the wheels I take out, but only if what we end up with will look more diverse for the spoked (...)         Re: GB#3 - Question about splitting or content - Do you need WHEELS? —Larry Pieniazek
Well, I looked at the pic Frank posted and I would be willing to take some of these wheels. I'll follow up with Frank on exactly what I want... think early town and space though and you'll get the idea. (...) (24 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Re: GB#3 - Question about splitting or content - Do you need WHEELS? —Frank Filz
(...) Ok, several people have expressed an interest in some of the wheels. I'll probably need to arbitrate a few conflicts. Here is what I propose to do: - whatever wheels Larry is interested in, I will send to him at my cost. This is in (...) (24 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Frank's proposal sounds fine to me if it is agreeable to everyone else... I am the new guy on the block so to speak, so seniority should get 1st picks... I don't want to step on Thomas's toes, so the call is his on passing it towards me first... My (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Re: GB#3 - Question about splitting or content - Do you need WHEELS? —Thomas Main
Davis, I'm not really interested in wheels at all, so it would be more than fine if you took the box before me. -- Thomas Main main@appstate.edu (...) (24 years ago, 4-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Re: GB#3 - Question about splitting or content - Do you need WHEELS? —Frank Filz
Ok, looks like I'm going to be pulling out some stuff to send to Larry and Tom, and then sending the box to David, who will send it to Thomas. If there is any problem with this, please speak up by Monday early evening. I will be processing Monday (...) (24 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)

Re: GB#3 - Question about splitting or content - Do you need WHEELS? —David C. Pyatt
My son and I liked the looks of a couple of the caster-style wheels (aircraft?) and some of the nostalgic ones like I had when I was his age... but I'm sure we can find something interesting in there when it gets here!         GB#3 - Status Report —David C. Pyatt
GB#3 arrived today in Northeast Ohio... looks like the USPS took good care of it and Frank must have packed it well, since it didn't have that familiar rattle... I haven't told my son yet (darn it, I had to get it out just now so he'd quit trying to (...) (24 years ago, 11-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.jambalaya)
