Children are welcome to read the newsgroups, subject to any parental
supervision they may need.
Children are also welcome to post to the newsgroups as long as they abide by
the T&C just as any adult would. They should also make sure their parents
know what they are doing.
And obviously children are welcome to peruse the non-news parts of the site
as well, subject to any parental supervision they may need.
