The good old Town sets go for the same ridiculous prices as the good old Space
and Castle and Pirate sets.
Nobody's gonna sell an Airport Shuttle for anywhere near MSRP. Won't happen.

But not everybody knows just how outrageous prices are for older sets. And
not to knock the sellers - anyone would be a fool to sell 10 year old GOOD
sets for anything near MSRP.
