I couldn't tell from your picture which piece you meant. Is this
perhaps one of the pieces that DACTA is now selling in lots of 100?

There is a 110V-12V Lego transformer. I used to have one. It is blue
with a red control knob, and has Lego studs on the top. I think this is
very rare, though. My uncle got me the one I had from Denmark in the
'80s, and it was an ols set then.
