Thanks for the update Dan. Since it was posted that it may take a long time to
load large shops, like mine ("missing brick"), orders have been coming in again.
I think this is a coincidence however. I can see that large shops get many
orders, they have many bricks, and therefor a wide selection, saving the buyers
on S&H than when from buying at a number of small stores. When I didn't get any
orders for a few days, AND a lugnet posting during those days that my shop
didn't load, prompted me to reply. Maybe on the front page of Brickbay it could
be written that loading the inventory of large shops, escepcially those with
many lots, can take a bit, and urging buyers not keep hitting the reload button
(as I myself as an impatient computer user tend to do too often:). Although too
high prices certainly don't get you orders, I almost always post my bricks/sets
under the then going previous average sales price. Also, I didn't adjust prices,
so there would be no reason for buyers to be scared away by my prices. Again,
all is fine, buyers be need to be aware that a large shop simply doesn't show up
in a split second. I love brickbay, any critique I have is always intended to
improve. Keep up the good work. Paul
