Yes - repost it, without any "opinion" in it - simply list the box, and in the description, note: This is ONLY THE EMPTY BOX from the 3438, which was purchased AT THE NORMAL $11.99 USD FROM LEGO SHOP AT HOME, WHERE IT IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR THAT (...) (...) I'd write 'em off. Either do it their way if you want to maximize profits or sell at SC or Bricks. Buy there if you want, of course. This really grates. I can understand people buying up a scarce resource, and offering it for resale at a higher price. That's supply and demand. But trying to scalp an easily-available item by hiding the source is information-hoarding. Blech. If the (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.theory)

Another thing someone could do, but I'm not as upset about this as others so the someone is not me, is to actually sell the set in a Dutch auction... (many sets with a reserved price that matches the list price) and in the description of the set for (...) (25 years ago, 4-Oct-99, to lugnet.market.theory)
