From what I read in the LEGO Fair Play statement ((URL) , I believe the description given is definately misleading and you have grounds to complain to eBay. My ebay dilemna: I "won" an auction advertised as Lego and other blocks. The auction arrived quickly, but it was mostly other blocks, the Lego blocks were only about 5% of the total, with only one unusual one (a steep blue corner slope). Had I known (...) Considering that the figs have the Lugnet logo on them, I would think that this would come under trademark law. I would definitely think that this would be something the Lugnet admin would want to put an end to, as it can be infered that Lugnet (...)
