(...) That's a good one. Pretense indeed. It's funny but eBay can at different times screw over both buyers AND small sellers. The only guys that are safe are the big time sellers. Being a eBay seller, I can understand why someone would only ship to a certain location. Mail from overseas to the US takes a long time, and in some cases can even take more than a month (long time to wait for a payment for an auction). Also, if (...) (...) Okay, go ahead. :) (...) Without incurring a penalty if no one bids? Sorry, but depending on what the STARTING price is, they already 'incurred a penalty' by having to pay a LISTING fee. (...) As a regular e-bay seller this is a tough one. Invariably you get a mixed box of lego and some plans. You build a set according to the plans.
