(...) either (...) While not in the actual user agreement (It only forbid links to IDENTICLE items elsewhere as far as I can tell) the "Listing Policy" page at (URL) had the following: ---- Links Users may place a simple link to another web page in (...) Well, go look at it NOW... I added more info at the bottom. :-) (...) (25 years ago, 29-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

Re: [FA] on eBay - Blue hopper.

(...) hehe. That slipped out. Honest. That listing is a clone of the SC one (well, actually a clone of an early version.) If ebay complains I will of course relist without it. I don't THINK it's against the TOS, is it? I realised I had slipped right (...) (25 years ago, 29-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

Re: [FA] on eBay - Blue hopper.

At least you put your money where your mouth is regarding the item description. You clearly state the orginal price of the set and do not make it out to be anything it is not. I wonder about advertising for non-Ebay auctions but have no comment (...) (25 years ago, 29-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

[FA] on eBay - Blue hopper.

Yes, that's right. I am holding my nose. Consider this an experiment since I also listed some on SC. (URL) I do in the name of science! :-) (25 years ago, 29-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

  JDH/UK Auction 3 - Trains

The two main sets consist of the train, track and engine driver only, i.e. no passengers, loads, platforms, road vehicles, etc. The speed regulators are available at no extra cost if required (240VAC @ 50/60Hz), but they will obviously increase (...)   Re: What is up with this?

(...) But those 12 tubs don't do me any good unless I'm willing to pay you enough to encourage you to go get them and send them to me (obviously I don't actually need those 12 tubs or there would be no blue tubs in the stores I shop at). (...) I've (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

Re: What is up with this?

(...) Hmmm. One opposing datapoint: the local WM had 12 blue tubs on the shelf this morning. Four weeks ago they had zero. There must be some still in the pipeline somewhere. The 12+ purple buckets I found a month back are actually a better deal (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.market.auction)

Re: What is up with this?

(...) The blue tubs are getting harder to find. I think only a few of the local stores have any left. If they aren't available, the $30ish that the price is now at is not absolutely unreasonable (compatable to the Classic buckets, but you don't get (...)
