I couldn't find out on their website but I am 99.9% sure that Fred Meyer is no longer with us. My kids saw the LEGO exhibits at the Hobby Hall at the Puyallup Fair and now that our whole family (almost) is getting into LEGO they want to build an entry for next year. Yep, I remember those displays and my wife does also. They were great! Wish we had some more displays around like that. I consider myself more Seattle than Tacoma but my house is only 1 mile from Tacoma city limits. It takes 15 minutes to get to downtown Tacoma and about 25 minutes to get to downtown Seattle. When I was a kid the downtown Seattle Bon Marche had a (what seemed to me) huge LEGO display up on the top floor.
