I just returned from TRU, and there were not many people there. I missed the
truck where it was here for the All Star Game, so here's a description: The
semi trailer contains displays the length of both sides. The displays are
mostly theme-based (new themes) and are similar to what used to be inside the
TRU, only larger. There are stamps and ink pads with which one can get a LEGO,
Crew, Chicago Fire (and one other) stamp on the hand or whatever.
There's a Pooh and Mickey Mouse display; several Star Wars displays, including a
life-size battle droid; Race; explorers/dinosaurs; and one town-oriented scene
devoted to soccer. The last one is large and rather amusing -- soccer balls
(and monkeys) everywhere!
On exit, pick up a souvenier LEGO Soccer Summer 2000 Duplo brick. Outside, you
can play LEGO soccer, pick up a poster, and pick up Ortega seasoning packets.
