  Gardenslug mailing list

The private mailing list for Gardenslug can be accessed using this web form. The list is used mainly to arrange meeting times. (URL) the way, I've learned that the digest mode is broken. It is supposed to be daily or when messages reach 30kb. (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jul-02, to lugnet.org.us.gardenslug, lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.loc.us.ny.ny, lugnet.loc.us.pa, lugnet.loc.us.de)

  GardenSLUG

Hi again everyone, I'm just wanting to remind everyone near (and some not that close -- I know NY and PA stretch far to the west) that GardenSLUG exists centered on New Jersey, but not in any way limited to the Garden State. We'll be meeting in the (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jul-02, to lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.loc.us.ny, lugnet.loc.us.pa, lugnet.loc.us.de)

  Re: Target AT clearance

(...) Some Target stores are outside this "curve." I landed three 8358 (Muaka and Kane-Ra) sets for $15.14 each at Detroit-area Targets (those who are local, you know which ones they were); all the old AT stuff went to 50%-off last Wednesday. And (...) (22 years ago, 2-Jul-02, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.loc.us.nj)

  Re: Target AT clearance

(...) In Princeton, NJ I noticed much of the same. The only thing I bought was a Bionicle Nui Rama for $8.40! Since the new big Bionicle sets (which actually look kind of cool) are on the shelves at Wal Mart, I'm assuming that Target is getting (...) Bruce, Sorry about the problems you've gotten accessing my site. Not sure why since you're the first one to mention about it. I use www.homestead.com as my host so I'll try to check out in their help boards if there are known problems with accessing (...)   Re: Star Wars Dioramas

AC, Love your Lego creations, hate your website. For some reason it often crashes my browser (Internet Explorer 5, Macintosh G3 using Mac OS 9.0.4). Any idea what's up with that? Anyway, great creations. I first noticed the Death Star detention (...) (22 years ago, 6-Mar-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.people.newbie)

  Re: Star Wars Dioramas

Joe, You've picked the diorama that has been a favorite of most viewers from our homepage in the Lego series. We build up a lot of mini-scenes on the dioramas which kinda gives the viewer more things to look at. The Shuttle Landing bay was done (...)   Re: Star Wars Dioramas

(...) Wowzers! you did some simply beautiful work. I really like the Rebel hangar best. It has the crowded, yet busy atmosphere that the movie set/matte painting had. The Imperial Landing Bay is really well-done too...I spotted that earlier this (...) (22 years ago, 2-Mar-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.loc.us.nj, lugnet.people.newbie)

  GardenSLUG meeting tomorrow!

Hi all, This is just a reminder that the Garden State LEGO Users Group will be meeting tomorrow. If you're attending and have not previously announced your intent, you need to do so ASAP.   January 26 meeting

Hi all, GardenSLUG will be meeting on the 26th of January at my home in Hillsborough, NJ around noon or 1 PM. I'm 1.5 hours from Manhattan and a little less from downtown Philadelphia (both under decent traffic conditions) -- just north and east of (...)   Re: Inquiry About Stuff

Hi Pete, There isn't a Lego group that is specifically Southern New Jersey, but we have GardenSLUG ( GardenState Lego Users Group) Which has had ummmm.... I think three meetings over the past year or so. GardenSlug, at least in theory, covers the (...) (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.loc.us.nj)

  Re: Inquiry About Stuff

(...) And, if the GardenSLUG idea doesn't pan out, you can always call up Eric Sophie and see if he's interested in getting together. He mentioned that he wished more was going on in Jersey, so this is a good opening for you. -Dave (out in Cali) (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.loc.us.nj)

  Re: Inquiry About Stuff

(...) The currently quiet, yet definitely extant, GardenSLUG is your place: (URL) I'm not sure we have any plans going on atm; LUCNY had a few but any plans I had went on hold after everything went haywire. best LFB (23 years ago, 24-Sep-01, to lugnet.loc.us.nj)

  Inquiry About Stuff

Yo, I was just checking if there are any Lego organizations in Southern Jersey. There seem to be quite a lot of various groups around, such as NELUG, WAMALUG (did I spell that right) and there's also one Ohio group that I forget, anyway I was just (...)   Meeting in NYC

Hi there, A few members of the Gardenslug mailing list have been discussing a possible meeting in NYC for this summer. As it looks right now, courtesy of Jake Mckee, it will be at the Lego Direct Offices in Soho. Weekends seem to be the best for (...)
