Since the wagon plates are two plates thick, I was going to try making some out of regular and technic gray plates (although the technic plate color probably wouldn't matter). (...) I built a couple of club cars last night and realized that club cars have both the extra doors and the extra faucets to finish the middle cars. Mike Walsh recently requested that LEGO make the center car available for the Metroliner as a separately orderable item ((URL) and that got me thinking: can a Metroliner be easily converted into three center cars?
