I had legos as a kid, I still have that collection, mostly classic
space sets. Then the dark ages hit through high school and college.
My interest started up again when I did an internship in California
while in grad school in '98. I was able to get my hands on a 6339
Shuttle Launch Pad, I was hooked again. Later that summer, a store in
San Jose had a 40-50% off one day sale which included legos. Let me
just say I turned a few heads (kids & parents) with my cart full of
legos :).

| Hi I have a general idea of the NC people (however, a rollcall of sorts would be nice...) from seeing the posts in this newsgroup and looking up websites f/memberpages. I see a lot of wonderful creations, trains ( and more trains!) and boxes ... Are (...) (24 years ago, 28-Mar-00, to lugnet.loc.us.nc)
