  Re: building this weekend?

(...) I won't be able to be there on the 15th either but I could get together Saturday. All my LEGO is boxed up at the moment, though, so I couldn't bring anything. But it would be fun even just to hang out. Where are you going to be/meet? If it's (...) (25 years ago, 11-May-01, to lugnet.org.us.nelug, lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

  Re: Cambridge / MIT info

(...) This is probably too late, but Back Bay isn't where you want to end up. I assume you're coming in on Amtrak or commuter rail -- you'd want to get off at South Station and the take the Red Line (direction Alewife) to Kendall Square, which is (...)   Cambridge / MIT info

My husband and daughter are off to visit MIT, leaving on the train tonight. From what we can tell Back Bay would be the preferred station to get off. Is this a correct assumption. What is the temperature range? and is rain still the order of the (...) (25 years ago, 9-Apr-01, to lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

  Re: K-mart Sucks...

(...) Well I did some of my own research into this problem. I went to three K-marts looking for anything. Acton and Somerville were really decimated. The store in Billerica wasn't bad at all.   K-mart Sucks...

To quote a famous movie phrase, "K-mart Sucks". At least the few I checked recently in hopes of finding some good BOGO stuff. I found the pickings slim at best and nothing really worth my time.
