I'm glad to find my suspicions confirmed. I thought it was just that I don't
get to the stores as quickly as I would like to but I too have been
surprised to hear of older sets still found on shelves elsewhere in the
country or of great deals elsewhere and frustrated in what I have actually
found. After living in New York for six years I thought that moving to a
smaller community would present an opportunity to find better prices, deals,
selection on items like Lego, but the difference hasn't been as great as I
had hoped.
Now if someone could explain why the Goodwill stores I go to never have any
Lego, only megabloks.....

| To quote a famous movie phrase, "K-mart Sucks". At least the few I checked recently in hopes of finding some good BOGO stuff. I found the pickings slim at best and nothing really worth my time.
