(...) That's 7am to 10pm, right? ;) I'll bring the spiderwalker and a couple other little goodies. Maybe some space corridor elements to build some stuff with too. --Todd (26 years ago, 20-Feb-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

  MiniFest in Boston on Monday

We've been talking about it in the loc group but I thought I'd say it a bit more loudly. A group of us will be meeting at the CTP Cambridge office, 304 Vassar St., right across from the Cambridge Hyatt off Memorial Drive, at 7 PM on Monday the 22nd (...)   Target in Danvers?

Well, I happened to be up in Danvers at the Liberty Tree Mall today. It looks like they're adding a new anchor store: A Target "Greatland" (whatever that is - is it the kind that has a supermarket as well or something?) There's some construction or (...) Forgot to give location: CTP is at 304 Vassar, right across from the Cambridge Hyatt. Not too far from Harvard Sq. and Kendall Sq. red line T stops, but not within walking distance of them. I'm thinking Monday 22 Feb?? ++Lar (26 years ago, 8-Feb-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

I've been to ones where it's just food and talk, and I've been to ones where people displayed their creations and brought trade goods, etc., and I know Minx hosted a quite elaborate one at her house with games and contests and stuff. (...) Er...wow...meeting room? I guess I'm a bit confused as to what goes on at one of these - I figured it was just going to be a bunch of area LEGO folks getting together to talk bricks, maybe going out for food and such... I will look into costs for a small meeting room at the Cambridge Hyatt (based on an offline suggestion from Todd) for Monday nite (based on my schedule), if there's interest. LMK. (26 years ago, 4-Feb-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

In Boston area 21-24 Feb, who wants to MiniFest (tm)?

Subject says it all. Them's my current plans. I'm wheel-less this trip but not scared of riding the T anywhere it goes. Drop me a line if interested. Or post here if you want. ++Lar (26 years ago, 3-Feb-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ma.bos)

I bought: 6351 [General] Surf N' Sail Camper (1992) 6340 [Rescue] Hook & Ladder (1994) 6939 [Spyrius] Saucer Centurion (1994) They weren't FOTW prices, but I was happy to get the (...)
