I got the sets I purchased, due to Todd's announcement, on Friday.  I
bought:

6351 [General] Surf N' Sail Camper (1992)
6340 [Rescue] Hook & Ladder (1994)
6939 [Spyrius] Saucer Centurion (1994)

They weren't FOTW prices, but I was happy to get the sets.  The boys and
I built them over the weekend.  I was already familiar with the Saucer
Centurion.  A funky-looking ship, but the latching mechanism is very
cool (and worth studying!).  And there are 8 of the L-shaped plates that
go with the space-quarter-domes! (see
<http://home.att.net/~partsref/images/2401.gif>).

The Town sets were *great*.  Lots of operational features and details.
They really illustrate what's missing in Town Jr.

There's a cool little news & gift store in Brighton which has a stash of old
LEGO sets -- some going back to 1987.

  Store:
     Brighton News & Gifts
     311 Harvard St.
     Brighton, Massachusetts, U.S.A.

  Directions:
Um, look on map...it's too hard to describe.  Hint:  it's on the East
side of the street, and it's on Harvard St. in Brighton, not Harvard Ave.
     in Allston.

  Hours:
They're closed on Sundays, but I think they open at 7:30 a.m. every day
on weekdays.  I forgot to check what time they closed...might be as early
     as 5 or 6 p.m.

Here's a list of everything they had out on the shelves when we went this
morning...  (There were also some things that we missed out on -- a Town/Space/
Forestmen value pack and some old M:Tron set.)

TOWN
4020 [Boats] Fire Fighter (1987)
6353 [Nautica] Coastal Cutter (1991)

TECHNIC

8836 Sky Ranger (1993)
8838 Shock Cycle (1992)

BASIC
325 3+ Tote Pack (1990)
525 small cannister set (1990)
1636 ? (?)

DUPLO
2383 ? (?)
2654 Police Dispatch Unit (1991)
2662 Pool Pals (1990)
2672 Police Station (1991)
2690 Fire Chief (1996)

I didn't take notes on quantities because they said they have replacements in
the basement for things out on the shelves.  (So who knows how much they have.)
I know they had at least two Solar Snoopers left out on the shelves, and the
Imperial Guard ship in the front window, and I think I got the last Aerial
Intruder.  At least 30 old sets still out on the shelves when we left.
