I got the sets I purchased, due to Todd's announcement, on Friday. I
bought:
6351 [General] Surf N' Sail Camper (1992)
6340 [Rescue] Hook & Ladder (1994)
6939 [Spyrius] Saucer Centurion (1994)
They weren't FOTW prices, but I was happy to get the sets. The boys and
I built them over the weekend. I was already familiar with the Saucer
Centurion. A funky-looking ship, but the latching mechanism is very
cool (and worth studying!). And there are 8 of the L-shaped plates that
go with the space-quarter-domes! (see
<http://home.att.net/~partsref/images/2401.gif>).
The Town sets were *great*. Lots of operational features and details.
They really illustrate what's missing in Town Jr.
