7777 Train Idea Book, Carlsbad Grand Opening

Hi folks, I recently won a 7777 Idea Book at auction. Even though it's a bit worn, it has been good to have the book to look at, since many of the illustrations and pictures span two pages. (While this works well in books, the online scans split (...) (26 years ago, 4-Mar-99, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sd, lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  Re: Is March LEGOFEST kaput?

(...) IMM ("in my mind") the phrase covers everyone 14 and older...or basically anyone older than the proscribed age range of the products one takes a liking to. --Todd (26 years ago, 4-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sd, lugnet.general)

I can't get hats in time at this point but I am going to have some made... cost will be under 20. If you really really want a hat at LegoLand I can get one made at MoA but it will be over 30... Or you could make your own, find the location... (...) (26 years ago, 3-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sd, lugnet.general)

  Carlsbad/San Diego Questions

Does anyone have any information on transportation from San Diego to Carlsbad? I'll be arriving in San Diego on the evening of the 18th, but since I'm 19, I can't rent a car (unless there is someplace that rents to people under 25). If all else (...)   Re: Is March LEGOFEST kaput?

I'll be in Carlsbad from the afternoon of the 19th on, and would love to fest or just meet with anyone there. We're staying at the Grand Pacific Palisades resort which is right across from LegoLand, supposedly. What, if anything is still going on? (...)   Anyone Going On March 14th???

(...) By now, most of us probably already know that Gary died on 2/6, and his memorial service was on 2/13. This is just a reminder that Gary had some help putting the get-together together, and they are still planning to have a gathering. We're (...) (26 years ago, 15-Feb-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sd)
