Well, those early "Next Year" sheets never come out in the UK because it is all
1998 stock, we won't get any 1999 stock until Jan 1999 - it's just the way it
is. Remember their 5928 is made in the USA while ours is made in Denmark
which don't release the 1999 stuff early.

Obviously, we never get anything early - in all my 8 years experience, well I
suppose it could have been different.

| (...) I (...) Last year, Beatties had 1998 stuff in about a week before Christmas! As you say, we won't get sight of a new catalogue until early January. The LEGO Club is pretty good at getting them out quickly, but I always ring up on the 2nd Jan (...) (26 years ago, 23-Nov-98, to lugnet.loc.uk)
