Unfortunately the website is geared towards buying an experience that is
then given as a gift. The recipient then books a place themselves.
When you book online, you are buying a place on a future event but you can't
specify which one. It will be necessary to phone them and book a place on a
specific session when you have your Red Letter pack, which should arrive
pretty quickly and contains a booking code.
Apparently, RLD were unprepared for foreign callers and those wanting to
book specific slots, but hopefully they are used to it now!

I'm not sure on that one, but mine arrived at 22:30, so it's probably
automatic. Oh, and it too contains the booking code, so you can call them
when you receive it.
