Let me echo Pete's words, it was great to finally meet some UK AFOLs, do some ttrading and lego talking! And Gael was the perfect host, with plenty of snacks and a BBQ ready for a bunch of hungery guys! It was nice finding some cheap EP II sets as (...) (23 years ago, 29-Apr-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) A 21ft x 8ft layout would need only 12 modules, not 20 - there is a hole in the middle approx 4ft x 17ft! The idea of self-building modules is to do exactly what you are suggesting - build scenery. It appears to be a successful method for the (...) (23 years ago, 28-Apr-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)
