Works for me ;-) early spring... late spring / early summer... late summer
holidays / into autumn... pre Christmas... or something like that! Deciding
on partucular months in advance (as Michael's suggestion) might tie down
organisers too much. Anyway, the normal thread is "I'm planning a meet
sometime soon. When are you guys free?"

Perhaps you've hit the nail on the head: a LEGOfest is a themed event /
show-n-tell / swap-meet etc; a Minifest is a local trading get-together; a
LEGO Show has lots of displays and is open to the public...
