  What are you going to do with all those half price 8448's?
 
I hope we will see a good variety of completed models at the coming lego fest, as opposed to being put away in your bottom draw for a wedding, a rainy day or auction I have put my Unofficial 8448 Super car Owners Club page up (URL) would love to get (...) (...) I tried hard to make it out of standard 8448 pieces. Obviously the extra 4 cylinders came from another model. Also the wing mirrors are lego system slopes And there might be the odd few fastenings that are different But otherwise all the beams (...) (25 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Can someone explain why Huw's post has appeared twice? They both appear to have been posted at the same time, but the xref for the one I've replied to is later than Lawrence's reply to the original.
