Popped into Forbidden Planet London on the way into work this morning, and very nearly managed to miss the SW 2000 sets they had on display. Off the top of my head, they had: Technic Pit Droid A-Wing B-Wing Slave 1 The 2 Gungans riding on their (...) (25 years ago, 16-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.starwars)

(...) By looking at the pictures, I would say that it's fairly clear that this is the same part which is being used as wheels in the "Robo Riders" sets in the 8509-8514 range. Woo-Hoo! I've just picked up all of these, minus the Gungan one, which I'll get when it's cheaper. Went to the HUGE Bluewater shopping centre near Dartford on the M25 yesterday and found a Lego shop with all the new sets! Woohoo! Flash Speeder Slave I Gungans and Kaadu A-wing B-wing Pit Droid Battle Droid All of them! And they even had a full (...) (25 years ago, 23-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.starwars)
