Check out a factoring service - such as Larry's one, at
http://my.voyager.net/lar/lego.html
Go to that URL and look under Auction and Commerce Information.
He's got a form you fill in to request a transaction. It'll involve
you making a payment to one of Larry's factorees in the UK, (possibly
even me, though not necessarily)
and Larry will make a corresponding payment to the person in the US.
Think that would cost you $2.
