Re: Monorail at Croydon convention - Plots now available

(...) I'll bring some train track. Do you want just MOCs? Otherwise I could bring an Armada Flagship and some Classic Space models. A Classic Space display could look good if it was organised. Not simply a line up of 928s - maybe one or two - but (...) (22 years ago, 19-Sep-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: New LEGO outlet in Milton Keynes?

(...) But MK is a regional shopping centre like Bluewater, it serves the three towns you mention as well as Luton and Dunstable and itself. Though driving for miles to go shopping is unsustainable environmentally it's clearly the way the country (...) (22 years ago, 19-Sep-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

My other idea is that we talk to Charlotte and get her to use her contacts to get us the stuff sent to us (...) (22 years ago, 18-Sep-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: Rebuild my SBB wine car now in gray

This is just getting to be a joke, not the fact that they are doing it, but the fact that on one hand Lego are saying that they can't as yet supply the bricks in this way while on the other they are doing just that. I would much prefer to get the (...) (22 years ago, 18-Sep-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Re: Sept/Oct LEGO Magazine

(...) These Q and As were also seen in the latest issue of the magazine we get in the states as well... I agree with your assessment, David, except that I'm not sure that just ignoring questions is good. Better to answer them but, if the info can't (...)   Re: New LEGO outlet in Milton Keynes?

A LEGO shop in Milton Keynes? It's find hard to see that being viable. I don't know what Bluewater is like but when I lived in Milton Keynes, I saw toy shops closing in Bedford, Northampton & Aylesbury. (22 years ago, 18-Sep-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)

  Sept/Oct LEGO Magazine

I received my September/October LEGO club magazine today and I am amazed at how rude the replies are to the letters that children have written. If children take the trouble to write they could at least be given a courteous reply. Two examples from (...) (22 years ago, 18-Sep-02, to lugnet.loc.uk)
