I just came across this thread.

For ideas that I've come up with -- there are 2 evergreen style trees and a
couple deciduous style trees in the sub-folders here:

I borrowed ideas from Ben Beneke's wonderful evergreen trees:

I have yet to use his idea for 'unbreakable' trees shown here but I plan on
it... my trees are horridly flimsy. :) Check out the other folders Ben has
-- there are a lot of great foliage ideas throughout.
