Hi Ton,
I am having the same problem here in Norway. They refuse to send me my
money, and they persist in asking me to get an US bank account. Getting a US
bank account should not be difficult, there are probably several American
banks with offices here in Europe. But I am not going to do that. They claim
they are an international service, and to me it is not very international if
all the users have to have an US bank accounts. I will rather stop using
Paypal until they have proven that they can handle international
transactions. They just are too incompetent to my taste.
