Hi all,
I have serious problems with Paypal. They suddenly refused to accept
payments to my Visa card.
I am now in the situation that payments are waiting for me (for already
delivered goods) but I can not accept them because I do not have an US bank
account. I have filed about 12 complaints and the only respons is that I
have to set up a US bank account or wait until the banking facility is
available in the Netherlands.
Any tips? Who knows an US bank that accepts non-US persons?

| Hi Ton, I am having the same problem here in Norway. They refuse to send me my money, and they persist in asking me to get an US bank account. Getting a US bank account should not be difficult, there are probably several American banks with offices (...) (24 years ago, 28-Mar-01, to lugnet.loc.nl)

| hallo Ton en alle anderen, Ik heb het PROBLEEM OPGELOST, hieronder de beschrijving. Voor meer info en/of het misbruiken van mijn rekening om in ieder geval je PayPal geld hierheen te krijgen: mail me even vertrouwelijk. PayPal is inderdaad gestopt (...) (24 years ago, 31-Mar-01, to lugnet.loc.nl)
