Hi all, From this day on (October 1st, 2001), it is mandatory for all shops wihtin EMU with more than seven workers to present their prices both in Euro and local currency. This obligation will extend at least until January 2002, depending on the (...) (...) Yeah, I've noticed. I paid 5000 ESP last February in Spain, and my bank charged me about 6000 PTE (which is the exact conversion) **PLUS** 500 PTE for fees! A real shame, I was expecting that intra-europe fees had been abolished (or at least (...) (23 years ago, 1-Sep-01, to lugnet.loc.eu)
