  Train Operating Weekend is a go!
 
Calling all trainheads! The Vancouver Lego Club is sponsoring a Train Operating Weekend on Fri Jan 31 to Sun Feb 2, in New Westminster, BC (close to Vancouver). The focus of this event is to build a large layout which allows us to do *realistic (...) The VLC is proud to present some of the pictures taken this past weekend at the first showing of our new almost complete layout! This 69.99 is a week long TRU sale...they had a lot of the blue and green ones on Sunday. They are not with the standard LEGO sets. One of the VLC's members recently did a cover for a local urban magazine. The Westender attended our last meeting and they brought up the challenge of a lego tree on the next issue.
