(...) That did not work at all for me. I no longer recieve any mail (not by choice, post office is just mean!), but I checked out the in-store flyer and there was no mention of clearance toys. All of the Lego cost what it said on the box, no less. (...) (24 years ago, 15-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) We went to the Zellers in Bridgewater, NS this evening. Actually my wife had stopped in this afternoon and noticed the 50% off signs hanging on the shelves with "clearance" Legos (1999 Star Wars, even 7104 Deset Skiffs from 2000, Cyber Slam, (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) no (...) Where is your town? It looks like those Zellers operate independently in many cases. I have seen a few old sets reduced half in one store but not in the other. You should see a 50% off all marked down toys in the very middle page of (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) What??! I specifically emailed Zellers about this, asking if they had a price guarantee policy, and what the time limit was. They told me it was only good for items originally bought at "regular price"..., discounted and on-sale items the (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) choice, (...) was (...) Lindsay, Ontario. (...) I didn't see it. I am certain I was in Zellers. There is also a Best Value store in Lindsay. They have an awesome selection of 1998 and unpopular 1999 sets, but everything is full price and never (...) (24 years ago, 16-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.ca)
