I cannot believe it, but it is true. I get home to see the Sears Wishbook. And just like I always do, I opened it up to the back and look at the toys. I think, what exclusive LEGO sets do they have this year. But... I could not find any LEGO at all (...) (17 years ago, 27-Aug-07, to lugnet.loc.ca) !

I gave up on the Wishbook years ago. When I was a kid (70's) it was a special occasion with more toys I had never seen before than I could imagine. Of course, back then toy stores seemed a rarity as well and who could even imagine something like (...) (17 years ago, 28-Aug-07, to lugnet.loc.ca)

I heard that if LEGO couldn't guarantee a certain amount of stock level by a certain date, then Sears has to make the decision to not include them in their catalog. I'm sure many people remember the amount of LEGOs on store shelves last December (...) (17 years ago, 28-Aug-07, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.market.theory, FTX)

LEGO seems to be losing market share in a huge way and that is not a good sign. This as set design seems to (...) (17 years ago, 29-Aug-07, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.market.theory, FTX)

(...) Heh. I am of course delighted to see Mega Bloks being represented in the famous Sears Wishbook. I'll need to take a look to see if they have any unusual sets, as they have in the past. Additionally, Sears/KMart had a general product line (...) (17 years ago, 30-Aug-07, to lugnet.loc.ca)
