Let me be the first to thank you for setting up this event, along with Allan
Bedford.  Organizing an event is a thankless task and if done well, is
invisible.  So, thank you for running it.  I know the folks in Ottawa are going
to be coming down and I think this will be a great first Canadian get together.
Now all we need is those weirdos on the West Coast and we'll be reasonably
complete. :)

I've stopped the bit where I keep a yellow hard hat in my truck, cause it takes up too much space.(it was great to throw on the dash, to make it look like i was a fellow construction (...)
