(...) to (...) Hi, check my fence last night and got one with a bar missing in the middle, it's the part #8 of the mold #18, also have 4 other from the same mold slot and there all ok. will try to have a replacement from CA but defenetivly keep the (...) (25 years ago, 2-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) I think that is the same here, I have 3 reply cards (and it appears, 3 buckets with 2259 on them) and one defective fence If you are sending your piece back, you might want to tell them that you know of another one, read L to R #'s under the (...) (25 years ago, 1-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)

I just talked to CA Canada about these fences and they asked me to send them back, with the following information: When and where bought My name address and phone number The production number on the tub (not the set number: it's a 4-digit number (...) (25 years ago, 1-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) I just rechecked all mine and out of 48, 2 of them have a missing chunk out of the middle and some flash on teh back. The missing piece is identical, which looks like a mould fault to me. Time to call Lego and complain. Kevin (25 years ago, 1-Nov-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)

(...) Interesting. I just sorted out 6 of these tubs last night and one of the red fences had flash on one end. I'll have to check the others over more carefully. Incidentally, 5 out of the 6 tubs had a Lego COnsumer Survey card inside - this is the (...) (25 years ago, 31-Oct-99, to lugnet.loc.ca)
