  Re: Dear LEGO...

(...) Well, it's not really a "list" per se, but I was referring to this page of new store openings on the LEGO site, which lists cities by country: (URL) Strutt (20 years ago, 4-Apr-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)

(...) As a side note, our benevolent member-at-large has been willing to help us by shipping 50, yes, 50 large PAB containers worth to us so far from Boston. And we have orders for many more still.   Re: Dear LEGO...

  Dear LEGO...

Jake, ...or whatever other LEGO representative that might be reading this... Why has Canada been left out of this big list of LEGO store openings?!?!   Star Wars @ Winners (Tillicum)

In case anyone actually reads either of these groups. :) I bought a Repblic Gunship @ Winners on Sunday. They still had one left plus the bounty hunter ambush set from Phantom Menace and several technic-style R2's and Darth Vaders.   Re: Largest Lego collection in Canada

Well here is my count. I have kept a fairly detailed spreadsheet since I came out of my dark ages about 4 years ago. It has everything except bricklink/ebay loose parts purchases/trades, so it is fairly accurate: Total LEGO pieces: 162860 Total (...) (21 years ago, 10-Mar-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)

  PlayValue Clearance Items

I took a trip to PlayValue today and decided to write down all the clearance items, not including Bionicle and Duplo/Primo.   Re: Largest Lego collection in Canada

(...) <snippage> According to my Lugnet list it shows that I am at: 147,050 pieces 872 total sets and I'm not sure at total unique sets. I don't find this one particularly interesting or important stat. But total pieces listed by Lugnet is really a (...) (21 years ago, 8-Mar-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Re: Largest Lego collection in Canada

(...) Hmm. Curiosity had me go through and update my set list, and poke at my collection. (URL) 186,000 over 1000 sets, roughly, according to what I've put into the guide, which is a conservative low estimate. Adding in things from drafts, auctions, (...)   Re: Largest Lego collection in Canada

(...) My numbers are questionable (kept in a text file which I update when I get new stuff, but I think it could easily be 10 - 20% out). It shows 144,000 Lego pieces from 587 sets. I also have 69,000 MegaBloks pieces including 63 sets, and 1050 (...) (21 years ago, 7-Mar-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Re: Largest Lego collection in Canada

G'day folks, Well, I'm holding at just over 75 000 pieces in about 450 sets right now. That's only about 50% larger than it was for Andrew's original post 2.5 years ago. I haven't really bought or sold anything since summer 2001 due to a bunch of (...) (21 years ago, 7-Mar-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)

Re: Largest Lego collection in Canada

Well it's been more than 2 1/2 years since my original posting but I've finally got a good idea of just how large my collection of Lego sets just is. It ended up taking one full room in my house with a bit of overflow into a second room. I actually (...) (21 years ago, 6-Mar-04, to lugnet.loc.ca)
