Hi, It does cover all the Bay stores but it is not very well advertised. In the KW area both the Conestoga Mall and Fairview Mall stores have their 20% off sign in the toy department. At my local Bay* out of all the sets that I checked out, only 2 Ninja ones checked in at 50% off. Even stuff like Divers and fairly dated Town checked in at just 20% off.... and I was looking forward to that Outback Airstrip! Their stock obviously (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jan-01, to lugnet.loc.ca)
