Any upgrades from the rulebook are allowed.
TL6, because it is the most creative :)
Sorry, no custom weapons - adds too much confusion.
Also on a side note I don't think that we should be playing with fire either
as it adds too much complexity...

| (...) ... If a nosy Yank might interject a thought, I'd suggest *not* to shy away from fire. It certainly seems complicated at first, but it's actually pretty straightforward, and the benefit of having it in the game is nearly immeasurable. Witness: (...) | (...) Ok, so that's relegated the low power rifle scopes to decoration (high power scope = TL6 sniper cannon), but I can certainly live with that. :) What if they're not really custom weapons, but combination weapons? Like for my rifle + GL = gyro (...) (22 years ago, 29-May-02, to lugnet.loc.au)
