I think that is yet another colour.  Take a look at
http://www.bricklink.com/catalogColors.asp and you will see some reasonable
examples of the different colours. The bricks used in Yoda are definitely brown
rather than orange, but definitely a redder shade of brown than the usual
chocolate brown.
