The thing that excites me (in a strange sort of LEGO way) about the • RIS 2.0
are the 3 (primary) cool looking new robots (Wall climber, bungee • jumper,
and t-rex) that are featured on the site (and box??). [yes I know that • some
of the models require multiple RCX's and motors.. I just want to BUILD
them!!].

I've seen the wall climber and the bungee jumper (well, I would have
called it an abseiler) built with 1.0, so there is no need to wait for
2.0 to build them! Just buy more RCXes and start building!

In terms of the RCX itself, I think it is unchanged in v2.0 anyway. That
is a good thing because it means you can mix-and-match your v1.0, v1.5,
and v2.0 hardware, and just program it all with the latest version of
the software. Well done, Lego, for not deliberately making the older
versions redundant!
