      Commonwealth charges $5 for exchange of foreign cash. National Australia Bank is no charge if you have an account with them.       I changed some AU$ for US$ at NAB, and they didn't change me anything, and I don't have an account with them. Maybe I was just lucky, but I will go back to that branch just in case.      It costs me US$5 per transaction from Australia. I assume it's the same wherever you send it from. Only restriction is they dont do private sales - the sale must be "web-verifiable", ie an auction site or somewhere like brickbay. And they have no (...)
